DHRITHI TECHNOLOGIES LLC operates Niva and the public website at meetniva.com. This policy covers the Niva Reads education pages, support pages, privacy pages, and historical waitlist records. It does not replace the Niva privacy notice.
Essential Site Technology
The public site may use essential browser, hosting, and security technology so pages load, forms work, and the site stays available. These uses are limited to operating the website and protecting it from abuse.
Historical Waitlist Form
Before Niva's public App Store launch, the site used a third-party updates and waitlist form. That provider may have used its own cookies or similar technology to process submissions. The information the historical form requested is described in the privacy notice.
Analytics And Performance
Niva may use privacy-conscious site performance or security tooling from hosting providers, such as Cloudflare, to understand whether the site is loading and to protect public pages. Niva does not use this public site for advertising cookie targeting today.
Niva intentionally does not load third-party behavioral session replay on public pregnancy education pages. This reduces disclosure of page paths and pregnancy-interest context to analytics providers.
